Shadow Alchemy: A 4-Week Self-Led Journey into Wholeness
This is for the part of you that knows it’s time.
Time to stop looping in the same patterns.
Time to stop outsourcing your power.
Time to meet yourself—fully, honestly, and with compassion.
Shadow Alchemy is a 4-week immersive experience that guides you into the places you’ve hidden, judged, or avoided within yourself—not to fix them, but to reclaim them.
Because the shadow isn’t bad.
It’s just the part of you that’s been waiting to be seen.
What’s inside:
Each week, you’ll move through a new theme with clarity and intention. You’ll receive:
A potent shadow teaching to illuminate unconscious patterns
Guided journaling to help you translate insight into truth
A somatic practice to shift emotional energy through the body
Ritual or mirror work to deepen self-intimacy
Integration tools to ground your inner work into real life
This is not a passive course. It’s an activation.
You’re ready for this if:
– You feel stuck in emotional loops that don’t make sense anymore
– You struggle with shame, people-pleasing, or self-sabotage
– You’re done bypassing and want to meet your growth edges with honesty
– You crave wholeness—not perfection, but presence
– You’re willing to take yourself deeper and own your power
This is a self-led journey, designed for your rhythm, your timing, and your energy. As a Manifesting Generator, you move fast when something’s right. If this sparks that inner YES—follow it.
Let this be the beginning of your sacred self-return.

Introducing your instructor
I’m a Reiki Master Teacher, shadow work guide, intuitive healer, and the founder of Energetic Life Healing—a space where spirituality, somatic wisdom, and deep inner alchemy come together to support real, embodied transformation.
I’ve always been someone who learns through living—through movement, emotion, intuition, and direct experience. Over the last 15+ years, I’ve walked many paths: from holistic healing and massage therapy, to behavioral health, to deep spiritual practice and somatic work. Every piece has been part of my own healing, and now I get to share what I’ve learned with others in a way that’s grounded, heart-led, and deeply intuitive.
My approach is trauma-informed, body-centered, and energetically attuned. I'm trained in therapeutic massage, nervous system regulation, and emotional release work—so everything I teach is rooted in the wisdom of the body. Whether I’m guiding a breathwork session, holding space in shadow alchemy, or offering energy healing, my goal is always the same: to help you come back home to yourself.
Before I created Energetic Life Healing, I spent time working in behavioral health—supporting adults with serious mental illness, and working with children and teens with autism through Applied Behavior Analysis. That time taught me so much about the human mind, emotional resilience, trauma, and the nervous system. It also shaped my ability to hold non-judgmental, compassionate space for people in all phases of their healing journey.
I don’t teach from theory—I teach from lived experience.
I've moved through deep grief, identity death, spiritual awakening, and rebirth. I’ve fasted, journeyed, studied, released, reclaimed. And I’ve emerged more connected to my own truth, power, and purpose than ever before.
That’s what I want for you, too.
Inside my courses and mentorship spaces, I weave together shadow work, Reiki, somatic integration, spiritual coaching, and ritual-based self-inquiry. I guide from intuition and structure, from softness and strength. My style is warm, honest, direct, and supportive—always rooted in the belief that you are your own healer. I'm just here to walk with you as you remember.
If you're feeling the pull to go deeper—whether you're just beginning or diving into your next layer of self-reclamation—I'm here to hold space for the version of you that's ready to rise.
Let’s walk that path together.
