About Me

A woman with long brown hair, wearing tortoiseshell glasses and a septum piercing, smiling slightly in front of a colorful mandala-patterned fabric background.

I’m a spiritual healer, teacher, and guide with over 16 years of experience supporting transformation through the body, emotions, mind, and energy field. My work is grounded, trauma-aware, and deeply embodied—rooted in the understanding that real healing doesn’t come from bypassing pain, but from meeting it with presence, safety, and honesty.

The foundation of my work—and the creation of my Shadow Alchemy approach and spiritual school—was shaped by profound personal initiation. Within a year and a half, I lost both my father and my grandmother, two central pillars in my life. Around the same time, I experienced a traumatic illness that nearly took my life. Those experiences dismantled everything I thought I knew about healing, strength, and spirituality.

What followed was not a quick awakening or a neat transformation story—it was a long, lived journey into my own shadow. I was forced to slow down, listen to my body, confront grief, fear, and identity loss, and rebuild myself from the inside out. That process became the blueprint for how I now work with others.

The Work I Offer

My work blends Reiki energy healing, spiritual mentorship, intuitive guidance, shadow integration, and somatic awareness. I draw from a wide background that includes behavioral health, peer support, wellness education, and decades of body-based work. This allows me to hold space in a way that is both intuitive and grounded—honoring emotional depth while staying anchored in nervous system regulation and real-world integration.

I don’t believe in rushing clarity or forcing breakthroughs. Healing unfolds in its own timing. My role is not to fix you, but to support you in reconnecting with yourself, releasing what no longer serves, and living from a place of integrity and embodied truth.

This work is especially supportive for those who have already “done a lot of healing” and are ready to move from understanding into embodiment—where insight becomes lived change.

Shadow Alchemy & The Spiritual School

Shadow Alchemy is the heart of my work. It’s a grounded, compassionate approach to shadow work that honors lived experience, emotional waves, and the wisdom of the body. It was born from my own initiation—through grief, illness, and deep inner reckoning—and refined through years of guiding others through their own integration journeys.

My spiritual school was created as a living legacy, inspired by the strength, resilience, and complexity of both my father and grandmother. It is a space devoted to real transformation—not spiritual performance or dependency, but responsibility, discernment, and embodied growth.

Here, healing is not about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you are beneath conditioning, survival strategies, and unprocessed pain.

How I Work

I offer virtual Reiki sessions, spiritual mentorship, guided journeys, oracle readings, and moon ceremonies. Each offering is designed to meet you where you are—without pressure, urgency, or bypassing.

This work is invitational. We respond to what’s present, allow emotional clarity to emerge in its own time, and focus on sustainable, integrated change rather than surface-level fixes.

A Bit About Me, Personally

I’m originally from Arizona, spent 20 years in Chicago, and now live in the Hill Country of Texas, where the slower pace and natural landscape support the way I live and work.

I share my life with my three companions: Maska, my German Shepherd; Chance, my Jack Russell mix; and Linus, my black cat. They are daily teachers in presence, attunement, and nervous system wisdom—lessons that inform my work more than any credential ever could.

An Invitation

If you’re seeking grounded spiritual guidance, intuitive depth, and transformation that is lived—not rushed—you’re in the right place. This is work for those ready to meet themselves honestly, integrate their shadow, and move forward with clarity rooted in the body, not the mind.

You’re welcome to explore at your own pace. When the timing feels right, I’ll be here.
